Proposed Mombasa County Stadium. Pile Integrity Testing

The project was the construction of the new County Stadium in Mombasa. The works comprised of the construction of 120, 600mm diameter  foundation piles ranging from 15m to 20m in length. 

The scope of works for the testing comprised of the Non destructive integrity testing by low strain Sonic pulse echo method for all the  120 piles, 600mm diameter and ranging in lengths from 11m to 20m.

The equipment used was the PIT tester and pile profile analysis was carried out using PW 2009 professional software.

The tests were carried out on 18th August 2020.
